This pillar explores organizational transformations driven by AI, robotics, blockchain, and workforce shifts such as the ageing workforce and the gig economy. Research areas include:

  • Workflow redesign for effective human–machine teaming
  • Governance norms for responsible AI use
  • Challenges to creativity posed by digital tools
  • Leadership decision-making in the context of AI

The effort is led by the Lee Kong Chian School of Business (LKCSB), with support from SOA, YPHSL, SCIS, and SOSS faculties, fostering multidisciplinary insights into the future of work and enterprise transformation.
