About the Project
This is a research project collaboration between SMU and NTUC that focuses on developing a tripartite framework for ethical AI adoption. The primary objectives are to identify key challenges faced by workers, analyze AI transparency, and provide practical recommendations for unions, employers, and government partners.
This project investigates the barriers and facilitators of responsible AI adoption, with a specific focus on Agentic AI, within Singapore’s labour and tripartite context. The study aims to provide actionable guidelines and a white paper to ensure a "Just AI Transition" that prioritizes worker well-being and job security.
